Today in what I guess you can call my first mini series, we look at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The city of brotherly love is a beautiful city with deep roots in American history . It was here that the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and the Gettysburg Address were written.
What To Eat …
For breakfast I stopped at a cool little spot in the heart of Philly called Café La Maude. This is their Gaufre Chicken Cordon Bleu Waffle stuffed with fried chicken, choice of ham or turkey bacon, Fontina, Emmental & cheese curd, brown butter syrup, scrambled eggs, cream sauce & side of fried potatoes.
Of course when I’m Philadelphia you have to try their world famous cheesesteaks !!!! This time I tried “Pat’s” and they were decent . I recommend Geno’s , give them a try if you’re ever in the city.
