The first place we stopped in San Diego to grab a bite to eat was LOLA 55 tacos and cocktails. Before giving my honest opinion of this spot, I must be honest : I am not a very big taco eater . My experience with tacos is very very limited. Be that as it may , LOLA 55 food is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I would highly recommend that if you enjoys tacos, that you give them a try !
I was listening to the breakfast club on Iheart radio this morning and this was the topic of the day. A couple was on there way to Japan and the flight was 12 hours , but just before the takeoff 🛫 they were awarded a first class upgrade. The man took the upgrade and left his wife in coach 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The reason it’s so funny for me is because I’ve been in this situation numerous times.
*Disclaimer : I did not leave my girlfriend *.
We were on a flight heading to London, England (awesome place by the way) , and if I remember correctly it was a bout an 8 hour flight. The flight attendant approached us before departure and said that they had one first class seat if one of us wanted to take it. I am going to be perfectly honest, it crossed my mind for a second to take it and leave her back there in coach but I am a gentleman and couldn’t do baby that way. I told the flight attendant let her take the seat, its her birthday and I will be fine back here with an entire row to myself. ANNNDDDDDDDDDD that’s where it all began. 😂😂🤣 Shortly after she moved there was a row in front of me that was empty as well until a Jewish passenger decided to move and occupy that seat. I didn’t think much of it and decided to lay down a take a quick nap. I woke up 30 minutes later and began to pay attention to the man and he was extremely fidgety. He kept getting up and walking around the plane and would not sit down. Whenever he did sit down he would remove his mask and place his nose and face to the air vents at the top of the plane. There was a lady in the next aisle that began to notice his behavior and she was visibly frustrated and began to get vocal. Now, I must admit I did not and still don’t know much about the Jewish community so it was a bit scary. He was also sitting in the exit row where the door was and he would get up and stand in front of it. I am sitting here thinking man this guy is about to do something crazy and we all going down on this flight today. As he is standing in front of the door the lady in the next aisle has called the flight attendant and letting her know this man is acting very strange. I am sitting in my seat nervous😥 AF, heart beating fast, sweating and thinking this it. NO joke, I am thinking to myself…. Drice be a hero and tackle this guy and save the entire plane! He’s pretty thin and you can fold this guy up like a pretzel; considering my wrestling background (DO NOT try me)💪🏾💪🏾. By this time I have played this out in my mind, he has started doing this little dance and rocking back and forth and I am really about to take this guy out. Just before I get up, he sits down and for a second I am relieved. He takes his mask off and the lady in the next aisle looks at him and yells , ” 🤬Put your DAMN mask on”. I am like oh snaps ish just got real and he about to go ham on this lady. Instead he looks at her like what did she say and smiles😀. Now, she is in the middle aisle and sitting on the end, next to her are her two children and then her husband. This dude had to be like 6’2″ and 260 lbs. but he had been sleep and woke up when the wife yelled at the man. So he wakes up and says ” PUT YOUR F***** mask on and leave it on or we are going to have a problem pal”. The Jewish man jus looked and him and here comes another Jewish man. I don’t know who alerted him that his friend was about to be power bombed from 30,000 feet in the air but he came and kept him cool. I am wondering why the flight attendants aren’t really defusing the situation but I just sat up and watched this guy for the remainder of the flight. He continued to get in front of the door roughly every hour doing his thing while me and HULK watched very carefully. We finally land at the London Heathrow Airport and while we are getting off of the I wanted to know what the man was doing. I ask the flight attendant what was he doing and she says, ” I dont know for sure, but we think he was just 🙏🏾 “. Well IF he was praying you definitely could have let the surrounding passengers know what was going on so that we can relax and fly in peace. This 8-hour flight felt like 12 hours and was the absolute scariest flight I have experienced. I walk off the plane and waiting was my gf smiling big AF (looking real cute) . She says ” hey babe how was the flight “, I said I will never give you the upgrade again and I hope you enjoyed it. So that’s my story about giving up that first class upgrade to your spouse or significant other. What would you do ?!!! Let me know below #live #love and as always #travel. ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾
